Position Summary: Briefly describe the job’s primary purpose or contribution to the department or organization.
Under direction of the General Manager, directs and performs a program of facility maintenance, custodial, construction, remodeling and security in a manner that will protect the company’s investment and support the operational objectives. Provide overall direction and supervision of the Facilities Department. Supervise managerial employees such as Maintenance Manager and Environmental Manager. Recommends projects necessary to maintain and improve buildings, mechanical, electrical, waste-water systems, parking, equipment and vehicles. Create and maintain annual facilities budget.
